One commission, stated up front
Guidanza's commission is 17%, and that's all. You receive 83% of what the client pays: no subscription, no sign-up fee, no monthly fixed fee, and Stripe's card fees are on us.
You set your own per-minute rate, from €1.80 to €15.00 per minute, and can change it from your dashboard. The client picks a duration, from 5 to 60 minutes, and sees the total before paying.
The client pays first: no unpaid sessions
The client pays before the consultation, by card, through Stripe. Your share is then paid out automatically to your Stripe account, which transfers it to your bank account. No chasing payments, no unpaid sessions.
If the client doesn't show up for an appointment you honoured, the consultation is still owed to you: you made yourself available.
To bring in new clients, Guidanza sometimes offers a few free minutes on a first consultation. Those minutes are paid to you by Guidanza: you generate the invoice from your dashboard and we pay it by bank transfer.
You work when you want
No required hours, no quotas, no free sessions to give away. You publish your time slots and, when you're available right now, you switch to "Online": clients can call or message you immediately. Log off whenever you like.
You choose your consultation modes: phone, chat, and the written question (a written answer within a stated time, enabled on request).
No exclusivity: you keep your website, your social accounts and your other activities.
Phone readings without sharing your number
For a phone consultation, the platform calls you, then calls the client. You pick up, confirm with one key press, and the client is connected. Your personal number is never shared, and neither is the client's.
An announcement tells the client when two minutes remain, so the consultation ends calmly rather than abruptly.
Your clients and your reputation
Reviews come from clients who booked a consultation with you, once per consultation. 1- to 3-star ratings are checked by a person before publication: a review that doesn't reflect the consultation (technical incident, wrong psychic) isn't published. See how it works on our client reviews page.
Already have clients? Your dashboard gives you a personal link to your profile. A client who arrives through it is attached to you, and when they book through that link, no other psychic is suggested if you're unavailable.
What we ask of you
- Work independently under a registered status: in France, an active SIRET whose declared activities include psychic services (code 96.09Z), checked at sign-up; or an equivalent professional ID in Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Canada.
- Open a Stripe payment account (identity check and IBAN): it receives your earnings.
- An honest profile: your introduction, specialties and photo. Every profile is reviewed by hand before going live.
- Honour the appointments you accept. If you miss one, the client is refunded; on the third missed appointment, immediate consultations are suspended for a week (scheduled appointments remain available).
- No promised outcomes (love, health, money), and no exchange of personal contact details with clients: everything happens on Guidanza.

How much does it cost to join?▾
Nothing. There's no subscription, no sign-up fee and no fixed fee. Guidanza only takes a 17% commission on each paid consultation, and you receive 83% of what the client pays.
When do I get paid?▾
The client pays when booking. Once the consultation has taken place, your share is paid out automatically to your Stripe account, then Stripe transfers it to your bank account on your account's payout schedule. Free minutes offered by Guidanza to a new client are paid to you by bank transfer, against the invoice you generate from your dashboard.
Do I have to be available a minimum number of hours?▾
No. You go online when you choose and publish the time slots that suit you. Your only commitment: honour the appointments you've accepted.
Can I keep consulting elsewhere?▾
Yes, Guidanza imposes no exclusivity: you keep your website, your social accounts and your other activities. Just check your own commitments, as some platforms impose them. Clients you meet on Guidanza consult on Guidanza.
Is my phone number visible?▾
No. Calls go through Guidanza's number: neither the client nor you sees the other's number.
What if I stay "Online" when I'm not available?▾
If you stay "Online" with no activity on your Guidanza dashboard for 2 hours, for phone and chat alike, we email you to ask whether you're still available. Just confirm it, or come back to your dashboard; without a reply within 15 minutes, you're switched offline. That way no client waits for you for nothing.
Will Guidanza bring me clients?▾
Clients find psychics in the directory, on the site's pages and through our campaigns. We don't promise volume: the most consulted psychics are those who are often "Online", with a complete profile and good reviews. Your personal link also lets you bring your own clients.
Why is there a waiting list?▾
So that every psychic online gets consultations, we approve profiles at the pace of client demand. The approval order reflects what clients need: evening and weekend time slots, under-represented specialties, a complete profile. We cannot give a date; you get an email as soon as your profile is approved.
I work outside France. Can I join?▾
Yes, if you consult in French and work under a registered professional status in Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Canada: along with France, these are the countries where we currently open payment accounts.
