1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We collect: email address, name, phone number (for phone consultations), messages exchanged during consultations, payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers), professional identifier of Psychics (SIRET or equivalent), where Clients' first visit came from and their optional answer to the question “How did you hear about us?”, parameters of the links followed to reach the site and advertising click identifiers.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is collected for: user account management, connecting Clients with Psychics, payment processing, sending email notifications, service improvement, internal statistics on the channels that make Guidanza known, paying Psychics who refer Clients to us through their personal link and measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.
4. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on: user consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), performance of the service contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations regarding invoicing and transaction data retention, our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in statistics by channel, paying referring Psychics and measuring our advertising.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of registration and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Consultation messages are retained for 1 year after the consultation. Transaction data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.
6. Psychics' Notes
The psychic you consult may keep private memory-aid notes about your consultations (for example: first names mentioned, a birth date you shared, topics discussed) to provide continuity between consultations. To help them prepare a new consultation, an automatic summary of these notes and your written exchanges may be generated by an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) acting as a processor; this data is not used to train models. These notes and summaries are strictly personal to the psychic concerned: they are never visible to other psychics or other clients, nor used by the platform for any other purpose. They are deleted along with your account, and you may request access to or deletion of them at any time by writing to contact@guidanza.com.
7. Facebook Messenger
When you message our Facebook page via Messenger, an automated assistant processes your message to welcome and guide you. Data processed: the content of the messages you send, your Messenger identifier (a technical ID assigned by Facebook, specific to our page) and the first name on your Facebook profile, used to greet you. Purpose: to answer your request and direct you to our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). To write its replies, sort your messages and, if needed, summarise your question, the assistant relies on an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, located in the United States) acting as a processor, which receives the text of your messages but neither the first name on your Facebook profile nor your Messenger identifier; your messages are not used to train models. Retention: the content of these exchanges is deleted or anonymised no later than 90 days after your last message. You may request deletion of your conversation at any time by writing to contact@guidanza.com. The processing of your messages by Facebook/Meta is also governed by Meta's privacy policy.
8. Form in our Facebook and Instagram ads
When you fill in the form of one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram ("5 minutes free"), we receive your first name and email address, pre-filled by Meta from your account, which you can edit before sending. Purpose: to send you the offer code and, if you agreed by ticking the form's box, our offers by email (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contact@guidanza.com. Retention: 3 years from your last contact if you have not become a client, then deletion. Meta, which hosts the form, processes this data under its own privacy policy; we do not send Meta any information about your use of our website.
9. Availability alerts and reminders
On the profile of a psychic who is unavailable, you can ask to be notified when they return. We then keep your email address (your account address if you are logged in), the psychic concerned and your language, solely to send you a single email as soon as they are available again, between 8am and 10pm (Paris time). The alert expires after 7 days if the psychic does not return; the address is erased from the alert 30 days after it ends. Legal basis: your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). In addition, if you have already paid for a consultation on Guidanza, are logged in and have accepted tracking in the cookie banner, we may record the psychic profiles you open: if you leave without booking, we may email you within the following hours (between 9am and 10pm) when one of these psychics is available, at most once a week. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering you services similar to those you have already purchased (Article 6.1.f GDPR and Article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code). Each email contains a link to stop receiving these reminders. Opened profiles are deleted after 30 days.
10. Online withdrawal
When you use the “Withdraw from contract here” function, we record your statement (first and last name, order concerned, email address, date and time) and the acknowledgement of receipt we send you. Legal basis: legal obligation (Articles L.221-21 and D.221-5 of the French Consumer Code). This data is used to process your withdrawal and keep proof of it; it is kept for 5 years from the statement, then deleted. If your account is deleted earlier, your name and email address are erased from the statement, and only its date and the order remain.
11. Minors
Guidanza is reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we have serious reason to believe that an account is used by a minor, we may suspend it as a precaution (Terms of Service, 'Adults only' article); once this is established, we close it and erase the content of its consultations, except data the law requires or allows us to keep (invoicing, defence of our rights). A parent or legal guardian can write to us at contact@guidanza.com; proof of age may then be requested, limited to what is strictly necessary and erased after checking.
12. User Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to data portability, right to object, right to restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@guidanza.com.
14. Followed links and click identifiers
When you reach Guidanza through a link that carries them, we keep in your browser, whatever you choose in the cookie banner, the parameters of that link: campaign parameters (cookies “_ev_utm_source”, “_ev_utm_medium”, “_ev_utm_campaign”, “_ev_utm_term” and “_ev_utm_content”), a psychic's personal link (“_ev_ref”) and a Google or Meta advertising click identifier (“_ev_gclid”, “_ev_wbraid”, “_ev_gbraid” and “_ev_fbclid”), with a copy of each in the browser's local storage (same names, starting with “ev_”). They are kept for 90 days; a new link replaces the parameters it carries. They are attached to your sign-up or your order to link it to the link you followed: paying the psychic who referred you to Guidanza through their link, and measuring the conversions of our advertising (for a click on a Google ad, the click identifier is sent to Google with the order). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in paying the psychics who refer clients to us and in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Clicking “Decline” in the banner does not delete them: you can erase them by deleting the site's cookies and data in your browser.
15. Where your first visit came from
To know which channels make Guidanza known (search engine, artificial intelligence assistant, social network, advertising, a psychic's link…), we record where your visit comes from: the site you arrive from (its domain name only, never the full page address), your entry page on Guidanza (without its parameters), the details of the link you followed (“utm” campaign parameters, short link, a psychic's link), whether or not the link carried an advertising click identifier (this measurement only notes its presence; the identifier itself is kept separately, see “Followed links and click identifiers”) and the date and time of the visit. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, whose text mentions this measurement (consent given to an older version of the banner does not cover this cookie), this description is kept in your browser by a cookie named “_ev_ft” for 90 days (only the first visit recorded is kept). Without that consent, the “_ev_ft” cookie is not set: the description is only kept for the duration of the visit, as long as the page is not reloaded. Unless you have clicked “Decline”, it may be sent with a sign-up or an order made during that visit; after “Decline”, it is no longer sent. You can change your mind at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page: “Decline” then deletes this cookie. When a client account is created in your name (sign-up, Google sign-in or first order), this description, if available, is recorded on your account together with the channel category derived from it; if it could not be recorded at creation, it may be recorded with an order placed within 24 hours of the account's creation. After you pay for a consultation, we may also ask you, only once, “How did you hear about us?”: answering is optional and you can skip it; your answer, or the fact that you skipped it, is recorded on your account with its date. This information is used to produce internal statistics by channel. Legal basis: your consent for the cookie; our legitimate interest in knowing how our clients found us for the information recorded on the account (Article 6.1.f GDPR). It is deleted together with your account.
16. Orders placed by a registered psychic
When a psychic signs in to their account on Guidanza, we place a cookie named “ev_vb” in their browser, kept for one year, which indicates that this browser belongs to a registered psychic. An order placed afterwards from this browser, or with the phone number of a registered psychic, is linked to that psychic on the booking: the welcome offer, reserved for new clients, does not apply, and any review is checked before publication (Terms, “Reviews and Welcome Offer Between Psychics” article). This cookie is used for nothing else and is not shared with any third party. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping reviews genuine and reserving the welcome offer for new clients (Article 6.1.f GDPR). You can remove it by deleting the site's cookies and data in your browser.
