1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We collect: email address, name, phone number (for phone consultations), messages exchanged during consultations, payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers), professional identifier of Psychics (SIRET or equivalent).
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is collected for: user account management, connecting Clients with Psychics, payment processing, sending email notifications, service improvement.
4. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on: user consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), performance of the service contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations regarding invoicing and transaction data retention.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of registration and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Consultation messages are retained for 1 year after the consultation. Transaction data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.
6. Psychics' Notes
The psychic you consult may keep private memory-aid notes about your consultations (for example: first names mentioned, a birth date you shared, topics discussed) to provide continuity between consultations. To help them prepare a new consultation, an automatic summary of these notes and your written exchanges may be generated by an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) acting as a processor; this data is not used to train models. These notes and summaries are strictly personal to the psychic concerned: they are never visible to other psychics or other clients, nor used by the platform for any other purpose. They are deleted along with your account, and you may request access to or deletion of them at any time by writing to contact@guidanza.com.
7. Facebook Messenger
When you message our Facebook page via Messenger, an automated assistant processes your message to welcome and guide you. Data processed: the content of the messages you send and your Messenger identifier (a technical ID assigned by Facebook, specific to our page). Purpose: to answer your request and direct you to our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). To draft its replies, the assistant relies on an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, located in the United States) acting as a processor; your messages are not used to train models. Retention: the content of these exchanges is deleted or anonymised no later than 90 days after your last message. You may request deletion of your conversation at any time by writing to contact@guidanza.com. The processing of your messages by Facebook/Meta is also governed by Meta's privacy policy.
8. User Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to data portability, right to object, right to restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@guidanza.com.
9. Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies (authentication, user session). We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to analyze browsing behavior. This data is anonymized and helps us improve the user experience. You can refuse this tracking via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. No sensitive personal data (consultation messages, banking information) is ever transmitted to PostHog.
