Withdraw from contract here

You can withdraw from an order within 14 days, without giving any reason. Fill in this form and confirm: an acknowledgement of receipt is emailed to you straight away, with the content of your statement, its date and time.

What happens next

• Consultation not started yet: it is cancelled and refunded in full, to the card you used.
• Written question not yet answered: it is cancelled and the card authorisation is released, with no charge.
• Consultation started or completed, or order more than 14 days old: we review your request and reply by email within 14 days.
