Terms of Service

1. Purpose
Guidanza is a platform connecting psychic professionals ('Psychics') with individuals ('Clients'). The platform enables Clients to consult Psychics by phone or real-time chat.
2. Registration and Roles
Registration is free. Two roles exist: Client (consultation) and Psychic (service provision). Psychics must complete a verified profile including a professional identifier (SIRET for France) and set up a Stripe Connect payment account.
3. Psychic Status
Psychics registered on Guidanza operate as independent professionals. They are in no way employees, agents, or representatives of Globe En Main SAS. Each Psychic is solely responsible for their services, taxation, and social obligations.
4. Platform Commission
The platform charges a 17% commission on each transaction. The Psychic receives 83% of the amount paid by the Client. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.
5. Payment
Payments are made by credit card via Stripe. The Client pays the full amount before the consultation. For chat consultations, the Client may extend the session with an additional payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. For consultations not yet performed, the Client has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
7. Failed phone consultation
Phone connection relies on both parties being effectively available. When the Client does not answer the connection calls (including when the call reaches their voicemail), the Advisor having made themselves available, the consultation is owed and the payment is kept. If the connection failure results from a malfunction attributable to the platform or to the Advisor, the Client is refunded the amounts actually paid for the consultation concerned, to their payment method, without any time or frequency limitation, after verification by our team. Outside of this case, the platform may, on a commercial and discretionary basis, grant a credit of a maximum amount equal to the amounts actually paid for the consultation concerned, usable on the platform for 90 days, under the following cumulative conditions: the request is sent to customer service within 15 days of the consultation concerned; only one credit may be granted per Client per 30-day period; the credit is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-cumulative; no credit is granted to accounts under suspension or flagged for abusive use. The credit does not constitute any acknowledgement of liability.
8. Liability
Guidanza acts as a technical intermediary. The platform does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or relevance of services provided by Psychics. Psychic readings are entertainment and wellness services. They do not substitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Review Moderation
Reviews are submitted by Clients after a completed consultation — only Clients who actually consulted may leave a rating. Reviews of 4 and 5 stars are published immediately. Reviews of 1 to 3 stars are checked by the Guidanza team before publication, to ensure they relate to the service itself: a review is rejected only if it is defamatory, offensive, manifestly false, or reflects a technical incident or an event unrelated to the Psychic's service. If a review is rejected, the Client is notified by email with the reason and may reply. Psychics may respond once to each published review.
10. Account Termination
Any user may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@guidanza.com. Deletion results in the erasure of personal data within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR. Transaction-related data is retained in compliance with legal obligations.
